STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
MANAGEMENT – Management is unprofessional, unresponsive, and frequently unavailable. The only time they seem easy to reach is when they need something from tenants. Communication is poor, concerns are often ignored, and accountability is virtually nonexistent.
REPAIRS – Maintenance requests can take months to be addressed, and when repairs are finally completed, the quality of work is often poor. In many cases, you’re better off handling the issue yourself. Issues that should be resolved... quickly are allowed to linger for extended periods.
PRICING – Monthly charges, particularly for water, sewer, and other fees, fluctuate without any meaningful explanation. Residents simply receive notices demanding payment. If there is a property issue—such as a broken sprinkler that management fails to fix for months—you may end up paying for the water wasted due to their negligence.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES – Many of the machines are regularly out of service and take far too long to be repaired. I’ve had clothes come out with holes, black stains, and still soaking wet. Between damaged clothing and malfunctioning machines, the costs add up quickly.
PARKING – Parking arrangements seem to change at management’s discretion. Assigned spaces are not always respected, and spots can be reassigned without notice, creating unnecessary frustration for residents.
OVERALL – My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. There appears to be a lack of professionalism, accountability, and consideration for residents. After dealing with ongoing management issues, delayed repairs, unexplained charges, poorly maintained facilities, and inconsistent parking policies, I would strongly encourage prospective tenants to do thorough research before choosing to live at one of their properties.
