River Canyon Condominiums

The American Beauty Condos are a little less beautiful than the name suggests. The condos themselves are decent, but a little out-dated. Small kitchen, small bedrooms. Nice for anyone just starting out. My particular condo seems old. A lot of things have broken down on me, including the dishwasher and the AC. There is a lot of grass outside (which means a lot of dog doo) and an apparatus for children to play on. The pools are clean and each has a jacuzzi as well. My apartment is literally like a cottage getaway... I adore my place. It's a home and not just an apartment. It's a 2 bedroom 2 Bath. I host game nights and sleepovers for friends and family ... It overlooks the Santa Clarita mountains. It's $1350 a month and I adore my landlord. I lost my job and its been hard to afford the rent in LA. This place is a stel and its the only place that's felt like home. I hope in considered.
