Abby Creek Apartments

I recently moved in to Abby Creek and it has exceeded my expectations. This is my first time living in an apartment and I was worried about the transition but the community is so beautiful and surrounded by so much nature, I am so happy here! Close walk to the American River and beautiful neighborhoods to walk through.

I want to acknowledge the angel in the office, Nancy, she was so patient and persistent in helping me through the approval process and ultimately brought me in a final approval… by the move in date I needed.

The apartment itself is amazing! I love the finishes, the open layout, how clean it was when I moved it. They really pay attention to every detail. The neighbors have been lovely and my kids are already making new friends.

First off this apartment looks exactly like the virtual tour/photos if not better! The overall property is quiet and enjoyable; everyone we have met has been lovely. Management and Maintenance respond quickly to any questions we may have and service requests. I would recommend this property to others for a well-priced complex that is nicely located between a lot of shopping and activities.

Hello. I was very impressed of nice community and my apartment then. First, while my search of place, not many leasing offices were so professional as Nancy and Melanie. Ladies always kept in touch with me via phone or email that shows me they do good business and responsible as should be.
I couldn’t see my future apartment up front, but I liked complex and how management keep it nice. I’m living in my new place over two weeks now and very happy for right choice. Apartment looks like brand new… everything, white kitchen, bathroom, laundry in unit and so on. I also can see from my window that Abby creek stuff keep neat and clean all areas. I like that it quite too that important for me.
