mold

This place has horrible management, plumping is always breaking and you have to call and call to get them to come out. My apartment grows mold like a farm and when told the management they said I didn’t clean my apartment enough but I cleaned the mold every two weeks! No matter what it is they want to go after you for it and take weeks! To fix things.

Plumbing is HORRIBLE!!

The water in these apartments are ALWAYS COLD OR WARM!!!! And there ALWAYS doing maintenance on the pipes or the water heater! We we're told to run ALL the faucets in our 2bd 1 bath apartment plus the dish washer In order to get hot water from our shower!!! And to top it off usually when they have to work on the plumbing they won't give a 24 hour notice!!!

Great customer experience and beautiful apartment complex

Hello me and my wife recently moved into the Willow Grove apartments here in Sacramento and first of all I wanted to thank all the leasing agents everyone was professional and courteous but wanted to especially thank Rose for the awesome assistance thank you Rose for making our transition move in experience a pleasant experience thanks Again Eddy n Vanessa love the apartment

I've lived here with my husband for two years now and I still love it. This place is beautiful and pretty peaceful. The people in the office are great, especially Acacia. The maintenance people are wonderful too, always quick to fulfill your work orders. I don't plan on moving any time soon, these are the best apartments I've lived in!!!

Resident for 8 months

Pros: Great price for the size of the apartment that you can get. The staff is very nice, responsive and work orders are performed in a timely manner. Very dog friendly.

Cons: Neighborhood is at times sketchy and have had mail boxes broken into twice, a package stolen once, and my car broken into once. They have remedied this by securing the mail boxes. However, they could really go for improved security as theft seems to be a real issue in this area.
