Terrible management. Zero upgrades, dirty disgusting carpet, and no maintenance at all. The security gates don’t even work — they are open all day, so anyone can walk in. The whole place became noisy and messy because they let in tenants who don’t respect any rules. Kids scream and run wild with no supervision, and the pool is closed indefinitely because management can’t control the chaos. On top of that, you can’t communicate with the office — the manager and her assistant struggle to speak... English. Prices rise, quality drops. Stay away from this place.
