New management

Ever since the new management and crew took over, this apartment complex has completely transformed! The previous management neglected so many projects, leaving things in disrepair for months. Thankfully, the new team wasted no time tackling everything that had been left on the back burner. From long-overdue maintenance fixes to overall improvements in the complex, the difference is incredible.

Gabriel, the head of maintenance, is a true professional—he works fast, efficiently, and always… ensures repairs are done right. Ioana and the office team have been just as amazing, providing excellent communication and making residents feel heard and valued. It’s clear that this new management truly cares about the community, and I couldn’t be happier with the changes. Highly recommend living here.

Happy to call this place home

I have lived at Sunrise Wood with my son for almost a year and we really like it here. The location is great, lots of places to eat and shop nearby. More importantly, there are lots of parks within a few miles and his school is right down the street. The apartments themselves are clean and updated. The complex is quiet and very well maintained. The property is really beautiful with all of the redwood trees . I have only talked to the office staff a few times since I've moved in and each… time they have been friendly, helpful and quick to resolve my issue. We like it here so much that we are going to renew our lease or another year.

Happy camper!

I have been here almost two years and I love it! It is clean, quite, and comfortable; easy access to wherever I need to go. The apartment layout is very functional. The office staff are like family, and they get things done in a timely manner. With all the redwood trees I always feel like I am on vacation in Lake Tahoe!

Sunrise Wood

My wife and I love these apartments. We have lived here for over a year and we have had a great experience here. We have referred a lot of our friends to live here and a lot have moved in. It is quiet here and management is awesome. We also love the layout and square footage of our apartment.
