Roaches, sewage smell, no hot water
Move in process was easy. However, I've been dealing with sewage smell, neighboring cockroach infestation (I don't keep food in my apartment), infrequent hot water for showers, frequent water shut offs, and frequent gate issues so nobody can leave the parking lot and end up missing work. Management does not respond (I tried to reach them for 9 weeks before I got a response) and I haven't been able to functionally use my apartment since I moved in. I don't stay here overnight anymore due to… frequent sewage smell and because I woke up to a cockroach crawling on me. This is a literal hellscape. Save your sanity and don't bother.
