The grounds are beautiful this place has everything you need on property but that not it. The location is everything. Customer service is amazing. Definitely exceeds every expectation if you have any.

Did not think living in an apartment would be great and Kinect at Southport has changed my way of thinking! So far knock on wood no issues!

Small but cute. I think for the price we are paying to be on the 3rd floor they could have used better materials in the units. The apartment also feels like it's built for children, for example the doors in the restroom have the towel hanger and if you actually hang anything up it'll drag and touch the floor.

So far living here has been nice. There are a few flaws but they are fixable. The maintenance crew does a sloppy job collecting trash and leaving debris by the entryway of the doors. So much so there was a rat blocking the doorway because it was eating on the debris left over. I’d love it there could be more maintenance in the gym, trash cans are always full and many times the wipes are empty. Other than those things, I have appreciated living here and when making a complaint seems to be... addressed quickly
