Great place to live everything is new and the complex is kept clean. The management is top notch and is on top of any problems that arise and fixes as soon as possible. They always have something going on for the tenants

The property is incredibly disgusting. Used to be managed slightly better when I moved in but now it’s trash. There’s stains all over the floors everywhere, the elevator is never cleaned, dogs are urinating in non-designated areas, spiderwebs and spiders everywhere. It just looks dirty everywhere and is not worth the price tenants pay. The price we pay also should ensure safe and clean outside areas but I have seen black widows near the elevators where dogs and children are. Management is doing... a horrible job and this needs to be addressed. Also, tenants can’t have guests because there’s no where for them to park. I feel completely isolated here because it’s impossible to invite someone over because they won’t be able to find parking. This property is ridiculous and I regret moving here. Read More

I love these apartments. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There are tons of amenities and the staff is helpful and friendly. They're pet friendly. My apartment is virtually sound proof.

My move-in process was a great experience from beginning to end. The leasing office was friendly, professional, and well organized, making everything easy to understand and complete. They answered all of my questions promptly, explained each step clearly, and made sure I had everything I needed before move-in day. We love the complex and community so far, and the leasing agents were very helpful during the application process. The only issues we’ve had are the limited parking and that, after almost a month of living here, maintenance still has not completely fixed the issues that existed before we moved in. We’ve been told several times that maintenance would come by, but the repairs are still unresolved. We hope these concerns can be addressed because we otherwise enjoy living here!
