As a tenant at the Union South Bay luxury apartments for the past 5 years, I can say with the utmost confidence that the "Sensational Six" staff - Marleni (Property Manager), Leslie (Assistant Property Manager), Michelle (Leasing Specialist), Victor (Maintenance Specialist), Fernando (Maintenance Specialist), and Anthony (Maintenance Supervisor) - have consistently gone above and beyond to make my living experience comfortable and enjoyable.

The professionalism and attentiveness of this team is... truly remarkable. Whenever I've had any issues or concerns, they have responded quickly and efficiently to resolve them. I often have to travel for work for extended periods of 9 months at a time, and I can always count on the Sensational Six to carefully watch over my unit and ensure everything is in perfect working order - from the smoke detectors to the air filters. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my home is in such capable hands while I'm away serving our country.

The Union South Bay complex itself is a true oasis of luxury. The amenities are simply sensational - from the Olympic-sized pool with relaxing poolside hammocks, to the large jacuzzi spa, the modern two-story gym, and the expansive rooftop with its breathtaking views of DTLA, the Hollywood Sign, and the Palos Verdes hills. The pet-friendly features, like the dog washing station, are also a wonderful touch. And the apartment units are designed with the utmost care and attention to detail, featuring modern appliances, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and central air conditioning. It's the epitome of comfort and sophistication.

Thanks to the Sensational Six staff, I have been able to truly enjoy and appreciate all that the Union South Bay has to offer. Their unwavering professionalism and dedication to ensuring my satisfaction as a tenant have made this complex feel like a true home. Vary bad service and ignore all your request for any repairs.
I have never seen such a bad management team. Moreover, what we suspect is the utilities bills, possibly charging the tenants more than actual cost. Anyway I will move out ! ! !

Consider twice about moving here. Seems that management only cares about money not so much the residents.

My husband and I noticed how great the amenities, landscaping, staffing and our unit was and had to make this our new home. The staff makes it even more pleasurable being here because the got out of their way for us and make sure were taken care of! Michael, Joe, Doreen and Carlos all have been extremely amazing!
