Quiet and Clean

If you're looking for some reasonable rent and a nice, quiet apartment complex, Eden Terrace is on point but if you're looking for a luxury apartment with AC/gym/luxury amenities, look elsewhere.

I have been living here for the last 1.5 years and have never had any major complaints. Josh and Michelle are fantastic property managers and they always respond quickly to any help that I've asked for.

If I could, I would take my apartment with me if I ever moved out of Castro Valley but in the… meantime, I'll be staying put here!
