First And Most I would Like To Thank To The leasing Office Manager Veronica From The Moment We Talked About The Apartment I felt Like I Am Home Already.Veronica’s Warm Welcoming is The Reason I Moved To This Very Nice Apartment.The Location is Perfect To All Destination And Shopping centers.

6+ years overdue but a big THANK YOU!

I've been a resident at Chateau Manor for over 6 years now and I don't know why I haven't written a review sooner to express my thanks and gratitude but better late than never, right? There's a reason that I've been here for as long as I have and that's because of the amazing manager and staff! Thank you so much to Veronica, Freddy, Jessica, and the rest of the staff for always being so friendly and helpful and making this community so safe and welcoming, especially during the pandemic! So many… families and individuals have moved in and out since I've been here but I feel like Veronica (and all the staff really) have always done such a great job at remembering all of us by name, greeting us, and treating us with kindness so that we feel comfortable and welcomed. The space and neighborhood is honestly so great for the price and I can't rave enough about management. I felt even more compelled to write this review after Freddy went out of his way to help me with moving three huge packages that were delivered to me (I wasn't expecting my dining table to be so big/heavy and thought I could do it alone but boy was I wrong).

I highly recommend others to consider Chateau Manor Apartments if you are looking for a place to move. Management is awesome, location is amazing, the rooms are spacious and the amenities are a plus for the price. Seriously, you won't regret it!

Not so nice

Wow I just looked at this listing for curiosity cause I live in this apartments and it’s so exaggerated we do not have all the amenities listed on those lists. Management is stuck up and slow when it comes to doing the work orders. The manager is not even around most of the day, always doing his side jobs or whatever. We get our cars broken into and our mail stolen all the time, the so called security system it’s just two bad cámaras they never check and it’s all blurry anyway. The only good… thing is the location.

Greatest Manager Veronica

The best Manager in San Leandro.
The reason I like the Chateau Manor is because of Veronica.
The apartment's are large, spacious with a open concept. Balcony, Swimming pool, Gym, Bar-B-Q area with an grass area. Community kitchen, parking. I love this property.
The reason I chose to live here is because of Veronica the Manager. She always has a smile and make you feel important.
