The building looks nice but the maintenance and upkeep are horrible. The gym and equipment are very old and raggedy pretty much unusable. The pool is very unsanitary and not clean. They never fix anything and when they do it takes weeks for them to fix simple issues. Also, there is a methadone clinic on the corner so some of their clients tend to hang around the neighborhood and sleep or set up tents on the street. The rent is raised frequently and not worth what they are asking.
