Very safe for family and wonderful caretakers.
Atom and Jamie with 3 girls stayed here for 3 years. The proprietors are awesome and are life part of the big family. The managers were right up to date when we needed them. The tenants are friendly, big space and pools, parking is awesome, it doesn't look like an apartment but homes. The rents are very reasonable. I wish anyone looking for a safe long stay go for this beautiful apartment. God bless you all. Yeah.....

The new management is on the ball! One phone call and my issue is fixed. While the drought hasn't helped the landscaping at least the grounds are kept clean. The neighbors are friendly and the apartment size is quite roomy.

Best Apartment Complex
We love our apartment at stoney point! The complex is very quiet and clean and the other tenants are all very nice and respectful. Management is very quick at making any repairs.

Stoney Point in Chatsworth
The building is old, which doesn't bug me because I like its charm. Nice spacious living room and kitchen!! The managemt is not the best, they promised things to get us in and 6 months later still haven't been done, or we have been told some will in fact never be done, so that is pretty frustrating. The grounds and pool are kept very clean, we feel safe, and we for the most part really like living here!
