Well Maintained

A beautiful place to live, friendly people and a great management company, they'll do everything to work with you to get you into one of their apartments. You need a certain credit score but if you don't have that they'll let you have co signer to get you in. The places are well kept and the maintenance person name is Victor is the nicest person that will go out of his way to solve whatever issue arises. CY Property has several other properties to choose from if these apartments are full and you… won't have to fill out any other application's so that will save I?p

Quiet Apartment Outside the Student Zone

Nice, quiet and affordable apartments outside of the downtown student zone in North Chico. There's a pool, a recreation room with billiards, a workout room and a pin-pong table. The two-bedroom apartments include a washer and dryer off the dining room. One bedroom units use an on-site laundromat near the pool. Management is generally responsive to issues but not intrusive. The neighborhood is generally quiet and it's about a one mile walk to shopping. Rent is approximately $850 for a two… bedroom, and the one bedrooms are probably about $650 by now. Water is paid by the property owner, other utilities are not. At least one bus-stop is in the general vicinity and it's about a mile to the nearest freeway on-ramp.
