Jasmine Apartments

We looked at several different places and to be honest this place was nicer than the other ones put together.... A lot of places where actually pretty trashy and did not feel very safe... Particularly for the rent they wanted.

Anyway, this was the nicest of the ones we looked at by far. Everything was brand new and very nicely done. More like you'd expect of a house. Kitchen, bath cabinets everything new. And nice touches like stainless appliances and even USB outlets for charging my phone in... every room!

We wanted an apartment where we would feel comfortable and safe, in a quiet building and area. And while it was not the very cheapest we have looked at, the price difference was totally worth it for us, we want to feel good where we live and that's worth a few extra bucks for us.

The building itself is older, like most buildings, but its very nicely maintained and had pretty cool landscaping. It's only a minute or two drive to 99 so its easy to get to work. And there is always plenty of parking.

The move in process was easy for us and everyone was pretty helpful. We were only on the waiting list for a few weeks. Don't know what else to say.:) Read More

Great quality for the price! Not the cheapest building in Yuba City but the building and grounds have been improving a lot over the last few months as can be seen on the website www.jasmine-apartments.com. The neighborhood is pretty quit and the place is well lit at night, has nice laundry rooms that allow phone-payment and ample parking.

Apartments listed in recent months have been luxuriously rehabbed ground to ceiling with new cabinets, 3 tone paint scheme, 2" blinds, new vanities, doors etc... . The most recent ones even come with a stainless steel appliance package!

Unfortunately the place does not allow pets. Rents are in the middle of the pack and shared utilities are billed back to the tenants. Read More
