Management not good.
The place is nice but they will charge unnecessary fees and will take all your security deposit when you move out.

LOVE!!
We moved here almost 6 months ago and LOVE our new apartment. The super tall ceilings make our living room feel huge and brings in so much light. We're so happy that we chose Meriam Park and are so excited for everything to come!

Meriam Park
Meriam Park is such an exciting place to live. I am a long time Chico resident and I am so impressed with this new community and all it has and will have to offer. My place is beautiful and feels like home. My neighbors are so friendly and the managers have been so great. I highly recommend these wonderful apartments. You won’t find anything better in Chico!
