first off too expensive second if you have two cars you cant park second car here otherwise you get towed. everyday two or more cars get towed. the tow company comes on the property just to find cars to tow. third they dont allow you to use the two clubhouses to entertain guess. they dont allow you to use any of the kitchens fouth too expensive gor seniors the rent here is like everywhere else

Great place!
The apartments at Monaco are spacious, stylish, and filled with contemporary amenities that includes central air, hard wood style floors, and washer & dryer in each unit. The property has a large clubhouse, swimming pool, and secured entrances.
