My Apartment

I love apartment it has a great floor plan. And I love the big bath room. Excellent for me and my two cats. Its always nice to have the cats litter box in the bathroom instead of a closet. But the only big problem is there is no assigned parking. So you can't just go out when you want to. I have a two hour window in the morning to do my shopping.

Villa Serrena

I've lived in this apartment a year and a half. That entire time I've been plagued by and fought with management about termites. They send the maintenance man to pick off the tunnels and fill them with drywall compound. This has been done twice, after several months' arguing with the manager.

Last night I turned on the kitchen light and my kitchen floor was alive with cockroaches. I killed seven and sprayed an entire can of Black Flag on the floor. I covered it with garbage bags so my… cat wouldn't walk in it.

I went over to the office this morning and was told the exterminator's contract is for once a month and any extra calls are not authorized. I will have to wait for 12 or 14 days until the next service call. In the meantime, I was told I could get some roach motels.

I shouldn't have to live with roaches. I never have had them before and I don't want them now!
