Used to be nice

I moved here because I loved the lawn. Lush, green, well maintained. Now, it's brown, patchy, full of weeds and crabgrass. And to make things worse, they tore out all the grass on the hill in front of the building and replaced it with some ugly clumps of weed-looking desert grass and a bunch of dried out bark, which of course rolls OFF the hill and onto the sidewalk, making it hard to push a cart or roll a wagon. It also leaves the slope baren, exposing bare dirt. There is nothing to control… erosion. I want to move away before some big rainstorm erodes the slope completely and the buiding falls into the street.

A Quiet Enclave

You'll be surprised how quiet it feels here, even with its proximity to the main street and freeways. It has immediate access to shopping centers and restaurants, local services like auto care, post office, schools. Management has always been helpful, maintenance has been prompt and courteous. We love living here.

Roach infested, mold & poor screening

When we first moved in apartment looked clean. But very cheap paint is used so walls turn yellow real quick. Insulation system is very old so smells from what neighbors smoke or cook seeps to your apt. And I must grossly say that inside walls are roach infested.
If you move there, try to get a straight answer about how the water amount you pay is divided, amongst all neighbors since apts do not have individual water heaters!
Some neighbors that housed 4 people (or more) and stay home all day… are charged the same as people that house only 2 people and work all day. No preventative maintenance is done, things are fixed only if they break. And good luck with new neighbors, they let anybody move there. It’s awful and scary.
