Welcome Home!

When I relocated to Chino, I was unfamiliar with the area and unsure where to begin my apartment search. Upon browsing online, I discovered Park West Apartments Chino, which stood out due to its impressive amenities. I decided to schedule a tour and was thoroughly impressed by the leasing office staff's exceptional helpfulness and courtesy. They addressed all my inquiries and made me feel at ease. The gated community's pet-friendly policy was also a significant factor in my decision. Having… resided here for four years, I can confidently say it has felt like home since the outset. Whenever I've required assistance, Cindy and Elena have consistently provided timely responses. The maintenance manager and staff are also prompt, typically addressing issues within 24 hours. I highly recommend these apartments to prospective renters, and I've already referred my best friend who relocated from San Diego.

The staff here are very professional and are ready to assist you in any way. The maintenance team is on top of it as well. I would recommend Park West to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Pet friendly!

I really enjoy living here. The community is gated and feels safe, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. One thing I really appreciate is that they host events for the kids during holidays like Halloween and Christmas, which include food and gifts — it truly feels like a community.

Maintenance has been great. When my AC unit broke down during the summer, it was replaced within two days, which I was very grateful for. Repairs in general are handled quickly.

The amenities are… another highlight. There’s a gym, a playground for kids, two pool and jacuzzi areas, and most apartments have laundry hookups or access to two on-site laundry rooms. It’s a great place for kids, and it’s nice to see them outside playing and enjoying the community.

It’s also very pet-friendly. I take my dog on walks regularly and there’s plenty of greenery throughout the property. They even have a small dog area near the entrance, which is a nice bonus.

Overall, it’s been a positive experience and a great place to live.

First apartment here & it’s been amazing so far. Maintenance is on top of fixing everything you report. It’s clean & maintained here & very quiet here.
