The community feels... (Verified Renter)

The community feels safe, management is amazing. Only downside is the lack of landscape. Also, way too many pets barking around and leaving fleas in the empty dirt areas that used to have grass.

Manager is awesome,... (Verified Renter)

Manager is awesome, maintenance is lackadaisical and non chalant. I called for an emergency twice for toilet over flow and loss of power and had to go to the Manager door to get any help. She is awesome and got responses right away. If I waited for maintenance I?d still be waiting.

I live downstairs,... (Verified Renter)

I live downstairs, so having noisy neighbors upstairs who have no courtesy of the late hours of the night is very frustrating. There is noise from after 12:00 midnight. Heavy walking back & forth for up to 2 hours. Every time someone comes downstairs, no one walks. There is always running & stomping down the stairs.

For the most part the residents are all nice and respectful or families which is great, but there are residents that have been here longer than me, who do not respect the leasing rules. Like keeping your balcony clutter free or using gas powered barbecue grills. It’s moatly in Building C.

the schools and stores are close in proximity and if you have any maintenance problems Felicia
will take care of it real quick.
