It's not the same anymore.

I have lived here for 11 years and this place is not as nice it was before, the rent has increased too high in in the past few years but nothing changed.
It always stink here at night when before it never used to. I'm glad I'm moving north

I liked the place, it is something I was looking for, I needed the apartment, unfortunately I did not receive an answer regarding my application, I called a couple of times and I did not get an answer, so I assumed that my application was not accepted, since I needed a place I continued looking, I found a place, I did not like as much as Oro Vista, however it was me only option and I had to take it. Oro Vista is a nice place I wish I would be accepted, may be next time I move, I will apply again… . Thank you

I absolutely would recommend this community to others because its so welcoming safe close to everything and I love that you work where I live so if I do have a problem I have a office with friendly staff I can reach out to.

People are throwing... (Verified Renter)

People are throwing their old mattress beds and furniture outside the trash bin where I live the hallway are bout being sweep other people's trash like sandwich wrapps and candy wraps are always blown down my way by my front door. Constantly picking trash fron other tenants in front of my front door. Neglect of cleaning at the end of apartment building.
