Please use extreme caution and avoid if possible!
Vague dialogue between management and staff when issues arise. New construction, with issues. I put in a maintenance related report because my A/C was down. The fix ultimately caused an electrical short circuit that caused my electric bill to skyrocket. I called the SDGE and they said all the components they were responsible were good. Put in another maintenance request and contractor came and said that it was a short circuit in the roof which ran for months. I was told to submit documents to... Enclave and nothing happened but avoiding direct action and circumventing the reimbursement. Now, I move-out and erroneously charged $900 for turning in my keys after a zero balance. My leased ended April 28th which I paid and had a credit on my account plus my deposit. I moved out of the area so I asked if after inspection of my apartment if I could turn my keys in, which they agreed. If you trust this Company you will end up just like me in the end….Baffled and taking action. I am going to the BBB next!
