Current resident.

I currently live here and i honestly like it more than i thought i would. Employees answer quickly and fixed the problems. Theres a lot of parking. For the most part is clean. The only thing is sometimes theres homeless but the employees have told them to leave but theres only so much they can do.

Do not live here! Unsafe and unclean living conditions!

Trash everywhere, feral cat problem, bug problem and the employees do not care about residents. Cars with parking passes still get towed and homeless go through dumpsters every night.

DO NOT LIVE HERE

The people in the office are illiterate and you will end up paying for it. AC has mold. Dog poop and stray cats everywhere. Parking sucks unless you want to pay an extra $100 for a spot. Dumpsters are always overflowing. Our amazon packages were stolen multiple times we had to start shipping to my husbands parents house. I put in my 60 day notice and the amazing people they have in the office didn’t note it so now I’m forced to stay beyond my lease and pay double in rent with no help or… understanding from management on their mistake!

I loss my husband to cancer in October 2014 which I had to do a short sale on our home and move to an apartment. My apartment is two bedrooms with sink in bedroom and sharing tub and toilet with sons. My master bedroom and living room window face the freeway and its very noisy and no central air.
