Canyon Club Apartments

The management is in shambles, they promised me a specific rate and then changed that rate after I moved in saying there was nothing they could do to fix it. This complex looks good from the outside but the hot tub and pool are always dirty and they don’t enforce the rules about unaccompanied children. They partnered with a new parking company that collects a bunch of personal information and if you don’t want to share that info with a third party you have to park on the street.

There has been many changes in the office but I the new office ladies are so sweet. Anna has been very helpful manager and patient. Stefanie is new and delightful.

I rented online from Missouri. The apt I received was exactly as promised. I love it here. Kelly, Lana and the other staff are amazing. Neighbors are nice, friendly and helped us unload. I appreciate you so much and highly recommend.

It is relatively cheap for a reason. The Canyon Club Apartment is NOT a smoke-free community and they don't deal with drifting marijuana smoke from your neighbor either. If you complain about your neighbor smoking marijuana to the management company, they will NOT do anything. If you can tolerate secondhand smoke and marijuana, then this is a great place to live in.

the canyon club apt is the best. When you need something fix they are right on it.
