So many spiders constantly and I don’t think they have the outside treated “every Friday” like the leasing office claimed, I’ve had issues with my garage door opener but when I ask for a replacement maintenance just tells me that it’s working fine but remains finicky, the outside isn’t cleaned well of spider webs or the street swept, and I’ve been over a year since they claimed the pool furniture would be replaced as they’re a disgusting old and rusted brown.

Our pest control service treats the property in sections every Friday, and we’re happy to request... additional treatment for your specific unit or area outside of the regular schedule—please feel free to contact the office so we can arrange that promptly.
We also understand the frustration with your garage door opener. While our maintenance team confirmed it's operational, we recognize that intermittent issues can still be inconvenient. We’ll gladly take another look and work toward a more reliable solution for you. As for the pool furniture, we are expecting the new furniture to arrive before the end of the year.
