Do not live here. Management is incompetent and everything is broken. Gym, pool heating, doors, garage gate, elevators, etc are all broken and have been for months. And this place is unsecured and unsafe. We have homeless causing physical issues like trying to fight residents and defecating in the hallways. We have had our storage unit broken into and several packages stolen. Management never communicates on these issues they just say they cannot do anything about it. Im over it. Cannot wait to… move.

Beautiful property and attentive staff

This is a beautiful property and it had all the amenities that I was looking for in my next apartment. Fatima really made me feel at home when touring me at this property and it put my mind at ease knowing I was picking the right place for me and my little dog. This property is beautiful and the apartments are spacious for the price! I can’t wait to make this my new home.

Noise Issues+Unhelpful Management. Beware of Unit #491

Do NOT rent Apartment #491 or any unit on the same side of the building #6161 due to constant generator/cooler system noise!

I really wish I had known before moving in, but Apartment #491 (and others facing the same direction) are plagued by loud, constant generator noise. It’s disruptive day and night, and management treats it like it’s “normal.” Spoiler: it’s not. That noise makes it incredibly difficult to relax, sleep or have a quiet moment at home.

What’s worse is that when you want to… move out due to this unhealthy living conditions they’ll charge you a full deposit (even though you lived only 1-month) regardless of the conditions. If you wanna change unis, you also have to provide new deposit for the exchanged unit. No accountability, no real help, just a lot of staff who deflect and make excuses. You’ll get plenty of smiles at move-in, but if you need support later? Radio silence.

Check the noise level before signing anything, and don’t get trapped like I did. I expected professionalism, but I got indifference and noise.

Avoid this place if you value peace, fairness, or customer service.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm truly sorry to hear that your experience with Apartment #491 did not meet your expectations. We understand how important peace and comfort are in a home, and I regret that we fell short in this instance.

The… mechanical equipment you mentioned is part of the essential cooling infrastructure for the building. While some operational sound is expected, we take all noise concerns seriously. Our maintenance and facilities teams are currently reviewing this matter again to assess if additional sound mitigation efforts can be explored.

Regarding your move-out and transfer concerns, we strive to apply all policies consistently and fairly, including those related to lease terms, deposits, and transfers. That said, we are always open to working with residents on a case-by-case basis to find solutions, and I apologize if that did not come across during your interaction with our team.

None of the garage doors work here at all for over a year

I’ve lived here for 1.5 years, the garage door has never worked and they don’t plan on fixing it at all. Not one garage doors works here

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. I’m sorry to hear about your frustration regarding the garage doors. I do want to clarify that the garage doors have not been non-operational for over a year. While we have experienced… intermittent issues, the more recent and prolonged downtime has occurred during 2025. We are currently working with a vendor to fully replace the affected door panels and mechanisms, rather than opting for temporary repairs. This is a large-scale fabrication and installation project, and unfortunately, it has required a longer lead time than a standard parts replacement. We’ve been assured by the vendor that the installation is scheduled for completion within the week. Once completed, this will restore full functionality to the garage doors.
