Horrible place to call home
Terrible property and terrible management. The old staff was very friendly, had event calendars every month but was replaced by horrible management. You move in to try and save money but the rent goes up $100 every new lease, and you have nothing updated to show for it. The parking is a joke, they do nothing to fix that issue. The laundry room is terrible, people touch your laundry, steal your machines you paid for, or even just steal your clothes! No park or anything for kids to play, yet... they keep upping your rent... where's all that extra money going to? Do not rent here!

It saddens us to read that your opinion of our management team is so low, and we'd like to hear more about where... we missed an opportunity to provide great service. Regarding your concerns with parking, we provide one assigned parking space that comes with each unit, but unfortunately, those with multiple vehicles need to utilize guest or street parking. We try very hard to make our prices competitive with the surrounding areas, and we receive weekly competitor rent updates to ensure we're in line with our market based on the services and amenities we provide. We understand that you have further concerns and we'd like to invite you to come speak to us in the front office so that we can discuss these issues, and any other questions or comments you may have, in greater detail. Please contact the property manager at your earliest convenience so we can work toward improving your experience soon!

Terrible.
I have been living here for about 4 years and there is NO where to park. No security. There are people digging through trash cans every day and the rent is way to high. You may get a great deal when you move in but after the lease is up just be prepared for the rent to go up at lest $100. You get nothing new to justify the rent going up. You stay with the same old appliances and the no parking and the zero security. All you get is more anxiety that your car will be broken into again and that you... might have to call maintenance to fix yet another old appliance because they will NEVER replace it. This place is truly a joke and you will learn that with time.

Nice complex
Been living here for over 6 months. We haven't had a single issue. Only downside is our appliances are a little bit on the old side but it's not even a big deal. I love my little one bed one bath apartment.
