I lived here for so many years and I have no complains, the property is old but they re did a lot of things around.
the apartments are really big for the area and with a fair rent.
you don't know how important is to have the managers direct number till you move out.

Mice were getting in through the water heater closet. They stuck linoleum panels over the holes and said the mice don't chew through it. Won't fix bathroom fan so the bathroom doesn't dry out. Land lady acts like she doesn't know how to pick up a phone. Never available once you've moved in. Never on site, so no rules. Laundry washers don't work half the time, and they took out the pool. Don't rent here. It's trash.

The place seems like a quiet spot to rent, but the units contain black mold, rodents, decaying wood and old carpets. The manager will try to make you pay to replace things and often just blows you off. The pool isn't open for 8 months a year, and the trash is overflowing most days. You will never see the manager on site so it's up to the tenants to work out their differences. People come from surrounding places to use the facilities and manager will not show up to remove them.
