Dry Creek Meadows Apartments

Before I relocated here, I was able to really plan and research what city in the CV I wanted to be in with many boxes that needed to be checked off. For three years, all of my research pointed me to Clovis. Close to home, friends and family, close to the Bay Area and a little closer to my out of state BFF. I wanted to be in a walkable enough city with a cute downtown area that hosted farmers markets. Searching for an apartment wasn’t too hard since Dry Creek Meadows had amazing reviews on many... different apartment reviewing platforms. Looking at the amenities, the located to schools and potential new jobs, I applied and was accepted. I love the location of my actual apartment, I love how quiet it always is, I love that I can have my dogs here with no drama, I love how my neighbors just mind their business but are very kind and polite when spoken too. I have my own washer and dryer!! My complex is small, clean, very well maintained. I’ve experienced one rental increase that wasn’t even that much and that came with a new dryer, new electrical panel, a new A/C unit and new safety equipment for my water heater. The cherry on top is Rick our landlord. I can and have, talked with him for hourssssss. I mean hours and about everything you could think of. Every time I see him he waves at me, he’s always chatting with another tenant. He’s protective of all of us and our children. I love his sarcasm he sides with my kids, it reminds us of my grandfather. The management is always on top of EVERYTHING. We just got our tree trimmed really well and have landscaping every week. This move was a big change for my little family and myself, and I honestly couldn’t of experienced this anywhere else. This is a great complex and we will be here for a while. The staff is excellent! So pleasant and kind. The location is the best and very walkable! The apartment units are also quality. I've lived here for 3 years and have never had an appliance break! Unlike other apartments, I've never had any issues with noise or pests. I will be renewing my lease here again! If I could give this place more stars I would! This is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in! If you are choosing an apartment make your life easier and choose this place!

We just moved from north to Dry Creek Meadows a couple of years ago. A big move like us wasn’t that easy at that time. We hardly get any help. But once we start living here in Dry Creek Meadows, it is something amazing. From the first day till now, Dry Creek Meadows helps us a lot in our shifting. Their communication and the process were very easy. They helped us extremely.

If you are thinking of moving to Dry Creek Meadows, you can do it without any trouble. They are friendly and helpful always. We just shifted here 13 months ago. I am living here with my boyfriend like a little family. Though we faced some maintenance issues at the beginning. As we work from home and our ac is not working properly and leaking water so frequently; just after our complaint they took immediate action and fixed up the line. Dry Creek Meadows provides spacious apartment rooms. The rooms are good for work and comfort and long-term stay. The location is perfect and the service is exceptional as well. The rooms are very spacious and very properly maintained. I really like the staff and their friendly assistance and always ready to assist us. Perfect place to the city center. Extremely clean and very well kept serviced residences. Has an excellent internet connection and very professional staff. The manager is charming... and staff competent.
