Bridgeview Apartments

We have rented this apartment by seeing hi ratting and interestingly low price. Bridgeview apartments in Madera is located near the bus station, shopping center, restaurant, and college. So, we have picked this as our family rental for the long-term stay. We happily stayed here for 3 years without any hassle. Because the owner was very polite and responds fast on any inquiry and he gets steps fast for a solution. This is the best traction of staying here for long months. Really good family stay… at this home for a good happy hour service. Rooms are spotless although a little dark and basic. The surrounding environment is quieter and cleaner. If you want to spend your living in a clean, cozy and comfortable apartment, this is the one you should choose. We had an amazing experience, the first time in Madera and it just couldn't get better!
Our apartment was excellent! Clean, including a kitchen if we wanted to cook and the bed was amazingly soft!!!!!
Reception extra helpful and educated! They quickly attended to all of our requests and having 24-hour help desk is great. Keep up the same work.

I have been living here for about five years. Overall my experience has been great!

The property is in a convenient location. It is close to gas stations, stores and the highways. I can get to work within 7 minutes since Madera is quite small! The property is well maintained. The property is always clean and they just redid the parking lot. Everything looks nice!

The Staff at the office is responsive. They get back to you on work orders very quickly! Usually my work orders got fixed… within 24 hours or less. This is great as I lived in some complexes and it took forever.

I felt very safe at the complex. I believe they changed over management a couple years ago. The new manager lives onsite and does a great job enforcing the rules.

In the summertime, my kids have a fun time at the pool. It gets so hot in Madera!

Me, my wife and my son had a wonderful experience while applying for the apartment. Special thanks to Ms. Ana Mendoza who did his very best to assist and attend our needs during the whole application process. She kept us updated with pricing and units available.
