Keep looking if you expect any help from management, you won't get it. I moved out about 8 months ago. My friend who still lives there, I visit her there sometimes, has asked for simple repairs for over a month now, nothing! Manager is still as rude as ever, never around and lazy!! I'm so glad I got a chance to leave when I did! I would never recommend living here.

Looks are very deceiving
Management is AWFUL and that is a polite understatement. She seems to HATE people! She is rarely in her office. We moved in just a few months ago and I have never met such an unprofessional, unkind person. Getting her to get anything taken care of is like asking Congress to work together. Again, one reason is, she is so rarely in the office. It's nice the apartments are one story, but that is all I can think of that is a positive here. Oh, nice that shopping is nearby. If I had known how she... acted I would have not moved here. My neighbors have told me lots of stories, but I'm just writing my experience. Don't do it..keep looking.

Tollhouse crossing
Couldn’t ask for a better place to be. Have been here for going on 2 years and couldn’t ask for more. Since moving in, management has been more than helpful every step of the way and is always available when needed. The property is always neat and clean and as quiet of a complex that you will find.

Love Living here
My family and I have lived here for about a year. So far, it's been a really good place to live. The community is kept up very nicely, is quiet and clean. It's also great location, close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway access. It's also gated pretty much 24/7, so my family feels secure here.
The apartment itself is nice. Spacious living room and good kitchen. It'd be nice if the bedrooms were larger, but they're still comparable to other apartment complexes we looked out. Good storage... space and closet size. My kids use their walk-in closet as a play room.
The property manager is very helpful and quick to respond to issues. It's nice that she lives on-site. We haven't really had any issues while living here but when we've had minor things, she's always responsive and easy to work with. Having no maintenance guy on site does mean we do have to wait for non-emergency repairs, but when he does get there, he's always very efficient in getting the work complete.
What I appreciate most about the community is it is large pet friendly. I have an 80 lb dog and trying to find a rental that would accept him was extremely difficult. We didn't have any issues with management allowing us to have him. The community has a nice dog park where I can walk him to handle his business.

Horrible!
The most absolute worst customer service I have ever had. First of all, I had to buzz in to get to the leasing office. The woman who answered was very curt with me over the intercom stating she had nothing available or to show at this time and that all of her apartments would be given away today. I explained I live out of town and would really like to at least discuss options should one come available, and she "with a very annoying sounding response" opened the gate for me to come in. When I... walked into the office I was greeted with the same woman yelling at another girl who came out to greet me (who didn't even appear to work in the office). The manager never even made eye contact with me to acknowledge I was standing at the doorway to her office. Mind you, I was the only person in the entire leasing office. Furthermore, the girl who greeted me was trying to play telephone asking her all the questions I had for which I never got answered. For how nice these look from the outside, I would NEVER live here for the rudeness that I experienced today. Definitely not a "friendly" community like they advertise. Very disappointed.
