We love Nou

Love it here! Nou is awesome. From the beginning she made us feel so welcome. Any issues and she is on top of it. Maintenance is very helpful too. It’s a nice, quiet cozy place to live.

I love it here

Excellent place to live. I’ve lived here almost two years. It’s quite everyone’s nice. The school that my daughter goes to is close. Any issues get resolved promptly. The management are awesome.

Not worth living here

Do not rent here. Management is never around always out of town. Lived here 5 years and not one time did they offer to clean carpets or upgrade anything in my home. Raised the rent to often. Appliances are in bad shape and wiring is awful. Light switches went out all the time. Kitchen floor can't be kept clean no matter how much it's scrubbed.
