Ardella at Reche Canyon

Immediately NO.. DON’T DO IT ! This is your warning.. let’s start at the fact that whatever your rent is add an extra $40 onto that for the cable(Spectrum).. they let you know that it is optional and you can choose your own cable provider, BUT you will still be charged that $40 onto your added rent each month (which is like what’s the point of opting out of something that you’ll still be billed for every month). Maintenance is HORRIBLE.. even w/ submitting maintenance requests you’ll still have… to do follow ups unless the matter is URGENT. It is EXTREMELY, and I mean EXTREMELYYYY hard trying to get in contact w/ someone from the office.. majority of the time either no one is in there or the phones aren’t getting answered or the people that ARE there to answer the phone have NO knowledge about anything you’re calling about, so they’ll “leave a note” for someone else to get in contact with you about the matter, but even then you’ll still have to follow up/reach out to management about the issue because they usually won’t get back to you. Extra parking spaces are an additional $75/month. The trash “area” is HORRIBLE.. it overflows to the point where there’s lots of trash on the ground around the garbage because there’s only one garbage for the ENTIRE complex. Also, BE MINDFUL OF THE AREA.. there are certain times of the day where the area gets extremely congested with traffic and it makes it SOOO HARD to even get out the complex due to traffic coming from both ways, so you may have to leave a little earlier JUST to make sure you don’t catch traffic coming out the apartments so you can be where you need to be on time. There’s so many stories I could tell about the experience I’ve had, but I’m trying to get main issues/concerns out the way so this review isn’t toooo lengthy, but I would definitely NOT recommend these apartments.. the only good thing that I can really say about them is that for the space & square footage you do get your money’s worth because they are a lot more spacious than most other apartments. Also, I had both a roach and spider problem, and trying to get that handled was a NIGHTMARE, and on one visit Orkin was given keys to my apt to do a routine check up, but I was not informed by management that there would be a routine check up, & that most importantly they were giving them access to my apt without my knowledge or approval. I reallyyyy hope this review helps/saves someone, but sign that lease at your own risk because you WILL regret it. Read More
