I have lived here since the summer of 2021 and I still enjoy my time here, the pool, the gym, even the community events, make this place feel like I'm home. This place is cozy and family friendly. And there are lots of places within walking distance to shop and eat.

Theft occurs all the time car break in to things being taken from people’s balcony. Management is horrible good luck getting a response.

Paying the price of a fully loaded apt that doesn’t have the amenities or services advertised within the complex, no car wash, resident lounges or entertainment rooms (game rooms) aren’t available, no community laundry rooms, and a multi level garage that you will be charged for and event rooms that you will be charged to book including hourly charges, management is not helpful at all.

Only good thing about living here- they have new appliances, pick-up trash service(which included in rent) and clean community(because it's new). That's it. I didn't get to use any amenities due to on-going construction and covid, so I can't review on that. The walls here are SO THIN! Paper thin that you can hear the foot steps/TV/music noise from your neighbors through the ceiling and all walls. And my experience with the management- not good. The manager makes you feel stupid if you ask... questions. Don't expect the management to be professionally nice to you. You'll get a minimum help from them. I would not recommend to other people.

I have lived here for 6 months now. Everything is nice and so are the neighbors. Management has never been rude ever. If anything they go out of their way. They even host monthly events within the complex. Yes there is still construction, but that was obvious before moving in and they even gave a construction bonus gift card after move in to compensate for it.A Lot of the amenities are closed, but that's due to covid, not just here, but everywhere.
