Westcourt Apartments

I've been living here a coupleyears and I'm ready to move asap. I haven't had hot water in my shower in months. I've made several writen maintience requests to get it fixed but it every time I call to remind them they say they will we d someone that same day. I wait and noons comes. This this been going on for over 2 months. My car got broken in to twice this year. I tell the mgnt and they basically tell me to too bad. My roommates car got broken in to once and also stolen. If u have a nice car… it Will get vandalized. U might think the rent is low here but there are many hidden costs like very high electric bill and u will get charged for water 2x. Once for reg water and another for sewer / waste water. I can go on and on about the shady practices here. U have been warned. Read More

these apartments are beautiful and comfortable and really quiet the gym is excellent and the pools are refreshing and management is great what more can I ask for I love it here

I have lived in the Westcourt apartments of Colton, CA for almost 6 months. the first few months was rocky I feel like we always have to bug and nag to get anything fixed. July 3rd, 2015 we went in to pay our monthly rent and reminded them for a 2nd time about the lighting in the kitchen that needs to be fixed; they have yet to come in and today is August 11th, 2015. We have had problems with the security guard who doesn't seem to be doing his job well; my family was out and gave him the… wrong last name on accident and he still let them passed.
