Pet Policy: Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with owner approval and additional security deposit. We generally limit to 1–2 pets per unit. Dogs are allowed if they are of a reasonable size and breed, friendly, licensed and all past landlord references check out. Cats are also welcome under the same conditions. A signed pet addendum is required for all approved pets.
Application Requirements
All occupants 18 years or older must submit a separate application and pay a $40 non-refundable screening fee — no exceptions. We require:
