Bounce House On Disabled Parking Space

The title says it all. There's about two loud parties a week where people flood the street and you can hardly get your car through only to find your parking space has been taken yet again.

From day 1 literally it's been a complete roach fest so it's not a matter of cleanliness. Just a complete disaster.
