I didn’t even move here yet, and wont
Just getting a tour, it was terrible experience. They give me a code to go to the gate., code didn’t work
They give me another code to go to the apartment by myself still didn’t work and got back to ask the person in the front
Oh he is at lunch break

If I can give this property a zero I would. Believe me those pictures are not how it is. Me & my finance went to see because we were so excited when seeing pics online, but were so beyond disappointed that I can’t even express how bad it was. The outdoor area is dirty and the unit was terrible. Old and awful! Also the complex is so confusing. Save yourself the trip and choose somewhere else to call home.

This has been the worst experience. They will tell you whatever they can to get you to sign the lease. They will make promises to you, that you have in writing, and still now follow through on them. I lived in mold for months and was sick for months because of it. I moved out and then they billed me after they said I could move out. I would live anywhere other than here and never rent from a UDR property

I wish I could submit this review without rating it. I wanted to rent a unit in this community, and for two straight days, I gave them a call/text no one responded. If you can not be helpful to your future/potential residents when they want to sign the contract, apparently, you won't be responsible and accountable for what you have to do after that. It's just wasting time.

Review are complete lies. Take it from someone who has lived there a long time. The front office is a nightmare to deal with. Tons of thief problems, packages and our cars. Not to mention the it smells like a marijuana grow house, and soooo many deaths resulted from overdoses (fentanyl)!!
