residents given 3 day notice to move. employees don't give residents opportunity to correct situation prior to notice to move.

new residents cannot use outside door to elevator to move in.
Library hours cut, often entry door not unlocked for resident use.

My parents have lived there over 14 years . The office Tommy , Tina and the maintenance staff are wonderful . They care about your needs and help you with the apartment any problems. Also everything is walking distance . Senior center across the street . Shops , stores ect…… And my parents had a community at tower 19 . They watch out for each other . They were very happy . My Dad was 90 and passed away and now my mother passed away . They are in heaven . But the Tower was a little bit of... heaven for them .
