Mentone Gardens Apartments

Lived in Mentone Gardens a few years. The property is located in a great area and the buildings are quiet. Can’t say there are very many bugs in or around the property. Maintenance is slow and parking is terrible. The property manager uses 5 spaces for her own personal vehicles and her boyfriend that doesn’t live there, motorcycle storage. She’s slow to respond to calls, text or emails. You can knock on her door for something on the weekend and she won’t answer even if she’s home, because she... doesn’t work weekends. The elevator certification expired in March 2018... it’s September 2019. One building only has two washers and dryers with about 35 units. The other has 4.
