Great Place
I don't know what the 3-star review is complaining about. My packages have never been stolen. Greg responds to me over text within the day or within an hour. I have the maintenance guy's number and he responds pretty quickly too. Great place to live, great rent, and a clean modern place. No complaints. LMAO

Decent Property, Poor Management
Overall for being a Mid-80's building this is a decent complex and rents are fair. Security is lax though, the front door doesn't close all the way and deliveries are left right next to the front door. The A/C's are loud and don't cool all that well on a hot day.
Most frustrating however, the manager Greg has way too much on his plate managing how ever many buildings and units. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a prompt response and he does not live anywhere nearby. Even the emergency maintenance number... just leads to his voicemail so if he is out of reach for hours or days or weeks, there is literally no other resource for help. A little dramatic but the frustration is real.

Studio View Apartments
Great place to live with excellent property managers. Walking distance to Downtown Culver City and Sony Pictures. Most units are newly updated with hardwood floors and appliances.
