Green Space to Roam, Great Schools to Grow This vibrant, park-like community set on 27.1 acres is the perfect combination of idyllic neighborhood vibes and a prime Silicon Valley location. Top-notch schools are within a mile (Garden Gate, and Sam H.... Lawson), plus the high school (Monte Vista) has a perfect 10/10 rating. Amenities aplenty Around here, the weather is (almost) always great and outdoor living is built right into the Villages at Cupertino. Hit the tennis courts for a set or two at dusk, take a dip in our super-sized pool, serve up some sand volleyball action, or fire up the outdoor grills and whip up some perfectly charred smashburgers. No matter what you’re feeling, it’s nice to know you have options. Valley of Heart’s Delight Cupertino doesn’t mince words when it comes to its nickname. It promises that whatever your little heart desires, whether it be proximity to nature, great schools, city energy, a strollable downtown, or easy breezy transportation, you can find it here. And we find that, well, just delightful.

The living experience is not great, but acceptable, the worst thing is that they charge you a lot when moving out. I lived there for one year, and they charged me over $400 for cleaning, $450 for a full painting. I didn't do any damage to the painting, but they said it's their standard operation, and that the invoice is not available at the moment. When I went to the office to talk about it, the lady who called herself the manager, rudely interrupted me and accused me of trying to sit there... talking for 3 hours, and said they will never revert my charge, in fact I was just there less than 10 minutes.
In the end they refused to show me the proof of why it needs full painting and threatened to send the charge to debt collection.

Horrible. I do not want to see the property manager respond to any of these TRUTHFUL reviews with a simple "We're sorry to hear that, we always try to make our residents happy!" anymore because no, this place always has and continue to fail the residents in any kind of assistance or basic need. Not only is the place in POOR and OLD conditions, if you ever need assistance it will also take a minimum of two months for them to send someone that will fix the problem. Except sometimes, they will... never send anyone and you will deal with the problem yourself. While the workers can be very nice people, this place has no pros to it. Too many roaches everywhere, too small of a place, a loud neighborhood. If I could put zero stars I would.

I booked one apartment here based on their quote , but once they released the moving letter it got changed and when i asked it was very rude and they said ..quote is just a computer paper :).
Anyway i cancelled my booking but they said they will charge the rent for these booking days from my deposit. Its fine but rest of the amount also not given and telling n number of excuses.
I would suggest never go this apartment and very rude office people and you will never get your deposit... Think i... lost money without signing any document and not stayed even in a single day.

If possible avoid this property. Making use of the school district and good schools to lure residents in. Once you are a resident none of your requests will be taken care off. Worst service I have never seen from any other apartment community in my last 10 years of stay in Bay Area.
Zero stars.
I am a current resident.
