We absolutely had a good experience so far:
The all-glass façade, which gives the building a very modern and glitzy look.
The staff, who have been consistently kind, welcoming, and very helpful.
The shared working areas, which are very convenient when we need a quiet place to work outside the apartment.
The superb views both from the apartment and from the rooftop.
The 8th-floor terrace with the pool, barbecue area, and gym — it really feels one of a kind in the South Bay.
The building’s... adoption of modern technology for everyday living, including keyless home and garage entry, package tracking, and video calling for visitors and deliveries. It’s very thoughtfully designed and convenient.
