My husband and I have been living at the Edge since summer of 2022 when we got married and have now been here for four years! The best part of living here is the maintenance guy, Keith! He responds to work orders asap and we often have things fixed within a day or two. We’ve lived in many apartments and house rentals being undergrad and graduate students at UC Davis, and the maintenance here is unbeatable. Management the first three years was not great, but since management changed last year in... 2025 it’s actually been a lot better. They are really on top of it. I’m only taking off a star because rent has continued to increase every year, but we choose to keep living here because we like it so much and the amenities are good! Basketball court, little gym, grills and pool. We will only move out when we need more than 2 bedrooms.

Terrible Experience!
Terrible experience. As a student renter please please please read reviews when deciding where to live because they are very fortelling of how your living experience will be like. I would call so many times and I keep going to voicemail, they put the wrong rent amount on our lease agreement (which shows there is lack of communication on their end), I called the office to ask a question because I thought our Deposit amount was wrong (called 7 times and no answer) the Leasing Professional finally... picked up and she immediately gave me attitude saying "I don't make mistakes sweetie" and giving me a condescending voice and tone. Honestly worst experience of my life and terrible management. I was also just informed today that our lease contract was terminated before we had the chance to move in. It's very sad because if we did not have a place to live we would be homeless.

Worst apartment I've ever lived in
Overpriced and poor management. Management will not help you if you ever have a problem. Our roommate refused to leave the apartment and we were almost evicted as well. Very disappointed with the way the complex handled the situation. We ended up losing hundreds of dollars.
