Best apartments to live in Davis

I’ve been living at The U Apartments in Davis and honestly, it’s been a fantastic experience! The amenities here are top-notch — the gym is well-equipped and perfect for both casual workouts and serious training. The pool area is clean, relaxing, and a great spot to unwind or hang out with friends on sunny days.

The environment is super student-friendly and peaceful, which makes it easy to focus on school while still enjoying social life. One of the things I appreciate most is the supportive… and responsive staff — they’re always kind, professional, and quick to help whenever needed.

Plus, The U hosts some really fun and thoughtful events throughout the year that make it easy to connect with other residents and feel like part of a community. Whether you're a student or young professional, I’d highly recommend The U as a great place to live in Davis!

Amazing Apartments

This place is absolutely beautiful! They have great amenities, a wonderful location and the best staff in Davis, CA! Kennedy Cooks showed me around the property and was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was pleasant, informative, and answered all of my questions. If you attend UC Davis and are looking for housing, The U is where you need to start.

Well, awful roommates.

They roomed me with people who are total opposites from me. I filled up the roommate forms which was supposed to be our preferences and pretty much personality because it was very detailed. I ended up having to live with awful people. I'm hating this unit that I live in now.
