These apartments are wonderful! Two playgrounds, cozy apartments, nice staff, and a quick walk to a very nice nearby park. Located next to an outdoor "track", great exercise for dogs and yourself! Tons of cabinet, closet, and storage space. I love the huge bathroom and kitchen! There is an outdoor picnic area with grills and picnic tables surrounding one playground which is perfect for company. They even have events held at the "community" center on the property. I'm a disabled person with mental health issues. I receive SSI and HUD housing, so, I'm not trying to win free rent for a year or life. I have had false reports claimed against me from other tenants and the management at Bristol have written me up 3 times for loud music. Early in my tenancy, the complaint was probably valid, but after that I stopped playing my music loud. Subsequent written notifications alleged loud music, once when I was not home and another time at 4:00 am, when I was… sleeping. Although I have reported lease violations to management no action has been taken. One violation involved a tenant working on his car in the carport on the weekend. I reported it to Kristen and she said she couldn't do anything, because she didn't see it, although she did say she was going to advise them not to work on their car. I asked if after she advised them what if it occurred again, what would happen, Kristen stated it would constitute an eviction. The following weekend I took video of the same person working on their car again, I showed the video to Kristen and she said she would take care of it, the tenants are still living there.
Last weekend, I found a half full bottle of vodka, about 10 yards from the playground/barbeque area. I reported it to Jim, the maintenance person, Jim stated he probably knew who it was that left it. Two day after, I found a bag of drugs, not sure if it was meth or coke?? Jim the maintenance person was only about 10 feet from me when I found the bag. I gave it to Jim and he told me he finds this type of stuff all the time.

This complex is quite and right on the edge of a small farm town, Dixon, Ca. Income based so its affordable. Pet friendly. It has a laundry room with brand new big front loading washers & dryers. Two playgrouds for the kids. I Lucked out with my 2 bedroom apartment. Great view of a small pond and field with a trail. All new appliances. Maintence on site.
