Loud barking dogs, pool furniture taking apart, maintenance is sub par! Horrible parking arrangement, packages left on sidewalks, management will not work with you at all..... it's all about the money here and no one cares about the tenants. Save your money!

The apartment is ok but they lure you in with a decent price for the first lease and then really rase the rent on subsequent leases. The management is all about making money and once you have signed your lease they treat you terrible. Maintenance guys are generally clueless and turnover is high.

I moved in to the Eaves Apts in December 2014 and truly feel like I am at a resort that I can call home. The beautiful pool, relaxing hot tub, great fitness center and dog park on site make this community a place that I want to stay for many years. The landscaping is beautiful 12 months out of the year, and exterior lighting makes the place look lovely at night. I would recommend the Eaves Apartments in Dublin, CA to anyone who wishes to come home to a place where they can relax.

This community is load daily like a big construction m-sat, 7-6pm. Not clean at all, dog park is disgusting, Back porch on apartment is disgustingly dirty and porch door fallen apart. the community is not the nices or cleanest, it could be worst but for the money should definitely be much better. I would not recommend moving here.
