Pets are allowed for a fee, however, they are kindly requested to be kept off the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning.
Set in a peaceful hillside with sweeping views and fresh air, the property is 10 to 15 minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and essentials, and 30 to 45 minutes from downtown San Diego, beaches, and family attractions. It offers easy access to Rancho San Diego, El Cajon, and local hiking trails.
The property is gated for safety and privacy. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. It is professionally cleaned, with fresh linens, towels, and starter supplies provided. Driveway and property parking are available for multiple vehicles. Event use is by request only and subject to an additional fee of $50 per guest, including all attendees, not just overnight guests. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Community quiet times are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Amplified music and excessive noise are not allowed, with respectful low-volume music permitted until 10 PM. All music must be off after 10 PM. If you exceed the maximum occupancy, the reservation will be canceled without refund, and you will be trespassing and agree to vacate the premises. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not permitted inside the property. Guests will not have access to the property’s mailbox, and direct mail deliveries are not permitted. For any Amazon orders or other package deliveries, please utilize the nearest pickup location instead. Forgotten items will not be mailed back and will be donated to charity.
