This place is so unhygienic with cockroaches everywhere including inside the apartments.

Been having problems with this place all the time ...every time I let them know about a problem they tell me a time that they will come and it's a no show just like today, still waiting
Or they say "I'll tell Christen "
Christine this and that ....
Door has been supposedly fix but it still opens even with the lock on
There is a hole in ceilling in the bathroom
Was not fixed properly the first time... it also took them over a year to finally supposedly fix it...
Wasnt fixed because now there is mold growing on the ceiling
Now we have been trying to get our carpet fixed ... nails are sticking out from the floor and we are stepping on them and we have kids
We ask to fix and the response was "Christen doesnt want to change carpet or fix it because we have a dog
So I guess they dont care about the "safety Hazard"
Quick to give u a notice and write us up for any little thing but arent willing to fix any safety Hazards
Let's see if this gets there attention and maybe they will come fix what needs to be fixed Read More

My apartment is the most mediocre of apartments. We live in a 2 bedroom apartment that seems to be made for smurfs. It's a tiny place with almost no storage room but the environment makes up for it. The community is full of long renting people who are quiet and peaceful. There's a small pool and frequently hosts apartment parties. Overall I feel okay here but would be a lot happier with having to give up money for it. Thanks:)
